My name is Mary and I love to meal prep. I’ve been cooking since I was a little girl. I went to culinary school, I’ve worked in restaurants, and now I own my own catering company! So making meals to scale is something I do every day. Even though I cook every day it’s food all for my client. After a long day of cooking and cleaning one of the last things I want to do is cook for myself. I got in the bad habit of eating out and quickly realized how expensive that was as well as unhealthy!
So for the past few years I’ve been prepping my meals for the week. I’ve learned a lot of new things over the years and wanted to share it with you all. I’ve got some of the basic meal prep tips up on this blog, but I’m working on a book that I hope to release shortly. It’ll be available as both a paperback and as an eBook on Kindle.
